Google PageRank接近三个月没有更新过了，在这段时间里，一直有传言Google将放弃PageRank作为衡量站点质量的标准，这个传闻在10月中旬Google悄然从站长工具中撤出PageRank查询开始，似乎得到了验证。Google员工在针对此问题的回复中说到，之所以移除PageRank数据显示是为了让大家不要过分关注它：

• We've been telling people for a long time that they shouldn't focus on PageRank so much; many site owners seem to think it's the most important metric for them to track, which is simply not true. We removed it because we felt it was silly to tell people not to think about it, but then to show them the data, implying that they should look at it.  🙂

嗯，事情看起来似乎就是这样，各种针对PageRank的seo，已经让Google感觉到不耐烦了，特别是各种采集站、垃圾站，为了利益不断的使用各种手段，来试图吸引更多来自于搜索引擎的流量。

不过在10月即将结束的时候，Google还是突然更新了PageRank，结束了长达数月的等待期，风向吧在更换了域名之后，失去了原来的pr排名，本次的PageRank更新中，也有幸从pr0升至pr4。

作为一个blogger，能够看见自己的blog得到好的排名，是件令人愉悦的事情。从平常心的角度上说，blogger所寻求的是一个交流与分享的平台，而无需去考虑各种seo技术，靠采集与堆砌关键词来影响自己的PageRank。

Google说的没错，无需过度的关注PageRank，原创+交流+分享才是blogger的兴趣与乐趣。是否取消PageRank，让那些靠seo吃饭的人们去考虑吧。
